Cloud ERP implementation services decide whether a new system pays off. The software is the same for everyone; the design of the chart of accounts, the integrations and the data migration are what make it fit your business. Lucentive’s principal consultants handle all three.

How an implementation runs
- Design: chart of accounts, entities and dimensions built from the reports leadership actually uses.
- Build: configuration, approvals and custom work where no standard setting fits.
- Integrate: payroll, CRM, bill pay, point of sale and industry systems connected to the ledger.
- Migrate: balances, open items and master data moved and reconciled.
- Prove: a parallel close before go-live, so nobody relies on numbers that were never checked.
Accounting and inventory at the core
The cloud ERP holds accounting and inventory. Everything around it is chosen for your business and connected, so you are not paying for modules you half use.

Scope agreed before the build
Most projects start with a fixed-fee ERP advisory, which sets the requirements, the platform and the scope. The advisory fee is credited against implementation if you proceed.
Who does the work
You work directly with CPAs, training specialists, developers and engineers, the people doing the work rather than a rotating bench. See how a project is run on our ERP program management page.
Common questions
Is the platform decided before we start?
The advisory confirms the core accounting and inventory platform against your requirements, and says so if another platform would fit better. Payroll, CRM, bill pay and point of sale are chosen separately and connected, so each piece fits your business.

What is a parallel close?
Before go-live, the month-end close runs in both the old and the new system and the results are compared line by line. Go-live happens once the numbers agree, so nobody relies on the new system before it has been proved.
How do integrations get tested?
Each integration is built against a test environment first, run with real sample transactions, and checked again in the parallel close. Failures are fixed before go-live rather than found in the first live month-end.
Can you customize the system?
Yes, where no standard setting fits. Configuration is tried first because it keeps upgrades simpler, and any custom work is documented and tested like the rest of the project.
