Is the platform decided before we start?
The advisory confirms the core accounting and inventory platform against your requirements, and says so if another platform would fit better. Payroll, CRM, bill pay and point of sale are chosen separately and connected, so each piece fits your business.
What is a parallel close?
Before go-live, the month-end close runs in both the old and the new system and the results are compared line by line. Go-live happens once the numbers agree, so nobody relies on the new system before it has been proved.
How do integrations get tested?
Each integration is built against a test environment first, run with real sample transactions, and checked again in the parallel close. Failures are fixed before go-live rather than found in the first live month-end.
Can you customize the system?
Yes, where no standard setting fits. Configuration is tried first because it keeps upgrades simpler, and any custom work is documented and tested like the rest of the project.
