ERP Support Services

ERP consulting services

Our ERP support services come from principal consultants who know your system, usually the same people who scoped and built it. When a report breaks at month-end or you add an entity, you talk to people who already know your chart of accounts, rather than a ticket queue that starts from zero.

Title card: ERP support after go-live

What support covers

  • Month-end and year-end help when something does not reconcile.
  • New entities, locations, departments and reporting dimensions.
  • New and changed reports and dashboards.
  • Integration issues, updates and releases.
  • Training for new staff.

Improving what you already have

Many systems work but leave value on the table: approvals still happen by email, reports still end in Excel, a module you pay for sits unused. A periodic review looks for those gaps and fixes the ones worth fixing.

Support for systems we did not implement

If another firm implemented your ERP and support has gone quiet, we start with a health check of configuration, integrations and data, then take over support from a documented baseline. If the project never went live properly, see failed ERP implementation recovery.

An ongoing partnership

Support continues after go-live as an ongoing partnership, scoped to the size of your team and system, with the same people you worked with during the build.

Common questions

Do you support systems you did not implement?

Yes, starting with a health check so both sides agree on the baseline. It covers configuration, integrations and data quality, and ends with a list of fixes ranked by what each problem costs you today.

Who answers when we need help?

The principal consultants who worked on your system, rather than a separate help-desk team that has to learn your setup first.

What about year-end?

Year-end brings its own list: closing entries, audit schedules and 1099 preparation. We plan it with you ahead of time, so the close is not the first time anyone looks at those reports.

Can you add an entity or location mid-year?

Yes. New entities, locations and departments are added to the existing structure, with opening balances loaded and reports updated, so they appear in consolidated results from their first month.

How we work

  1. Assess: a fixed-fee advisory, usually two to four weeks, built from your actual close and ending in a recommendation you can act on.
  2. Implement: chart of accounts, integrations and data migration, proved by a parallel close before go-live.
  3. Support: the principal consultants who built the system stay on after launch.
